Jean Pellicane

Jean Pellicane retired a few years ago as the Municipal Clerk of Franklin Township. It is her familiarity with Franklin Township and knowledge of state regulations regarding administrative matters that she uses to help The Meadows Foundation. Her knowledge of and respect for the work done by the Foundation drew her to join the Meadows Board in 2003, although she has been a member for over a decade.

Additionally Jean serves as president of the Franklin Township Food Bank, and on the Board of Directors of Hidden Brook at Somerset an affordable senior housing facility. She is active in the Municipal Clerks' Association of New Jersey and was active in the Somerset County Municipal Clerks' Association. Jean is a tireless volunteer in many committees and services organized by the Catholic Community of St. Matthias.

Jean is honored as the recipient of the Municipal Clerk’s Association of New Jersey Municipal Clerk of the Year in 1997 and is a Marconi Foundation Marconi Scholar.
